What is your return policy?

Returns are welcome provided that the item is in the same condition as it was shipped to you: brand new, clean, and with the same packaging. The item must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of you initially receiving the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be charged and will be determined on case by case basis. 

 

 Do you ship outside of the continental US?

Yes! Please send us an email with what you're interested in and postal code to support@tdgrp.co.

 

What is your warranty policy?

We cover any manufacture defects and do not cover wear and tear, nor damage incurred from usage.

 

Can I pick up my order rather than having it shipped?

Absolutely. We are by appointment only. Please contact us via email (support@tdgrp.co) to set up an appointment. 

 

Do you have a wholesale program for dealers?
